Restorying

Danielle and I decided to work together as we connected and felt our presentations were quiet similar already and shared a lot of the same principals.

Danielle and I decided to work together as we connected and felt our presentations were quiet similar already and shared a lot of the same principals. We dissected this modality or approach and it’s effectiveness when combined with non-ordinary states, or utilized in tandem with PAT from a cultural lens, practice lens and historical re-framing narrative. It was interesting to see the principals and facets that crossed over between restorying practice and PAT. I think this approach is a natural modality to utilize in partnership with PAT as many times during psychedelic journeys I myself have naturally allowed the medicine to help me “rewrite parts of my story” and to see myself and events that have shaped my life to be seen from a completely new perspective; thus reshaping parts of my narrative that may not have been serving me any longer.
