I chose to share about Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and a bit about Emotion-Focused Family Therapy(EFFT) which is my primary theory and approach. I use a lot of teachings in EFFT from Dr. Adele Lafrance and Natasha Files and both of them are involved in using EFFT/EFT within the PAT realm.
